I would post a zero if I could. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years, spent thousands of dollars here for me and the wife. They recently did away with a very popular Hyve disposable flavor I will only vape. I keep getting all these stupid excuses for why they don't have it anymore. I even tried to switch brands to Myle' and now they tell me they can't get that oh and that there's no way I could've vaped the light tobacco flavor because it's only been available for a year. The employee that said that to me hasn't even been working there a year!

It is always a pleasure to walk into this store! I stop in about 2-3 times per week and am always looking forward to seeing Teri’s smile! She provides EXCELLENT customer service along with a positive attitude! Stopping by this shop is always a great way to end my long work days!
I purchased 2 batteries a $10 & a $30. I bought the cheaper one as a back up, it never worked. The $30 one would not recharge after a few days. They have you sign a ‘battery waiver’ to make sure you understand to use only the one provided. I did exactly as instructed. I have a medical marijuana script because I’m disabled. I no longer drive so bringing it back won’t be easy. Not to mention I doubt they will refund or replace them, considering the waiver they had makes me dubious about the quality of products they’re selling. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff is kind but will not be purchasing anything from them again.
I’ve been a frequenter of CIV stores for three years. Kept returning due to great prices and selection, however I won’t be returning due to the return policy. Last time I was in, a lady returned a vape she had had for five days because she didn’t like the flavor. I purchased a Raz Vikki three days ago that suddenly wouldn’t hit this morning, though it has full power and near full juice. they won’t replace it quoting a 24 hour return policy. Interesting, right???

The people that work here clearly don't know a whole lot about vapes or the products they're selling. I have to double check all the coils and stuff that they give me because om multiple occasions they've given me the wrong one.
I normally go to the south side or East 14th side store because I always get exceptional customer service there and they can help me with products that I don't know anything about but this location unless you know what you're looking for and exactly what it needs they cannot help you

This is the only CIV location I will go to. Teri is so knowledgeable on all of their products and really shows what it's like to have great customer service. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to help every customer that walks in the door. There are so many different options in every aspect of their inventory, not just vapes!! You will be hard pressed to find another location that has the professionalism, inventory, and customer service that this location has to offer. Thank you, Teri and all the other staff at Merle Hay CIV!!!
I’ve been coming here for years, and never felt a need to change that. They’ve become like family. Teri (the manager at the Merle Hay store) is amazing… always educating me on the new upgrades and new juice options. Such a sweetheart too… GREAT place to go for everything you need!!

For over a week you've been out of my pods at the east 14th store. I keep getting told on thursday then Fri now not in till next Wed. The whole freaking point in buying a vape from here is to save some cash buy new pods and have more options for flavor. Not have to keep buying new vapes. This store used to be wonderful. Now I'm having to drive across town to another location. The 2 guys working were super nice even though another customer and I were both pissed and I probably wasnt being nice.
CIV Plus on Merle Hay is the perfect location to visit and purchase from. Natalia at this location always greets me with a friendly welcoming and cares about giving an excellent customer experience. Product knowledge is second to none and also why I enjoy visiting this convenient location. Would recommend 10/10!!

Do yourself a favor and go to the Merle Hay Rd location. The staff is awesome especially Teri. She is always all smiles and extremely helpful. Every single time I go in, she there to greet me and is very knowledgeable on the products to help make the most out of my purchases. Cannot recommend the store and Teri highly enough.
Spoke with Teri, the manager of the Merle Hay CIV, she was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. I went in looking for shroom products, and she was able to assist me and help me pick the right product for what I was looking for. There's many different delta 9/cbd/hemp/shrooms products, and she helped break it all down. Such a positive, pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!

Stopped by after a recommendation from my parents, who have been going for years, and was not disappointed. Tina was an amazing help in walking me through some juices and just carrying a conversation as I'm relatively new to the experience. We also all agreed that the juice I had, Skwezed Watermelon Ice, is something that we'd like to see carried in the future. She also got me hooked on 2 flavors. One she personally recomended, Frusion Clementine Citrus Mango and Juicehead Fruity Cream. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I was here a few weeks ago and honestly had no intention of buying any products. I had a YoCan product catch my eye & Teri helped me figure out the best option for what I already had; but also helped me trouble-shoot it when it became inactive (due to me having the coil on too tight). I had an awesome experience shopping at central iowa vapors West on Merle Hay rd in Urbandale, IA. Teri was very knowledgeable about the products she has and answered all of my questions. I purchased the Vaporesso XROS PRO and love the vape. It has all sorts of new features. Thank you, Teri for all your help.
Great place for your vape connoisseur, plenty of selection and helpful staff, and they actively ask questions to right size the product that they sell to you. Have never walked in feeling pressured to buy, and it feels more like a service than a store. Teri is ESPECIALLY good, lucky to have her there

Stopped in tonight because I broke my tank called up to verify if they had the replacement glass. A very nice lady answered and said yes we do came up after work and said hey I am here to get replacement glass for my tank Tina j. was very helpful. Help me clean out the broken glass out of the seals and put the replacement glass in for me. Wonderful customer service. She did an outstanding job. Unfortunately. Did not have the coil I was looking for but she found one that would work for my needs Tina j. did an amazing job extremely knowledgeable and fun to chat with definitely put customer first kind of mentality very rare to come by

I really just love it when I have to drive further and pay higher than a products msrp. I love it even more when I get home from the 30 minute drive to discover the overpriced box of coils I just bought, was already opened and missing one of the 5 coils the box is supposed to have. Very disappointed. Coils over priced. Juice over priced. Taking my business to Uncle Rukus henceforth.
This is the friendliest, most professional vape shop I have ever visited. All the staff there is simply wonderful, but Teri is especially helpful and serves as an inviting presence. Teri from Central Iowa Vapers is the only reason I don't smoke cigarettes anymore. She's the best and knows everything and not to mention she is so nice and patient!!! Bought this Vape.. it is lite and fits in your hands perfectly. It shows you the battery life and how many puffs you take. The settings are easy. I like the color of mine. It has a pink shine on it. It doesn't leak. I'm so happy about that. It charges fast.

Don't believe them when they say they will keep a particular model and supplies for it. Don't follow the recommended things. Just go to route 65 they are knowledgeable and trustworthy

They provide great service everytime we go and Teri and the rest of the staff always know just what to recommend. Phenomenal.
The slowest service of any CIV locations. They will have 5-10 people waiting in line while they spend 15 minutes explaining every different aspect of each vape. They even made everyone wait while they assembled and filled a new vape for that customer. Hey CIV, there's this thing called multitasking, it's quite helpful.
If you come here, you'll be best off knowing exactly what you need. My biggest issue is that they consistently (like 75% of the time) give us the wrong parts for our vapes, even if we have it in-store to show them. The employees here don't seem to be familiar with many products or have the ability/technology/training to search for compatible parts like atomizers or tanks. The only positives I have to say is that their rewards program is nice and we haven't had issues getting things exchanged when they sell us the wrong items. I think their selection of juice is decent but I use 6mg. My husband uses 12mg and he doesn't seem to have much to choose from.
It's a clean place with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a decent selection of juice, as well as units, batteries, parts and mods. The prices are fair and they carry quite a few brands. If you aren't sure if they'll have what you need, just give them a quick call. They can usually tell you right away if they carry it or if it's available at another store in the area.
