First visit was excellent earlier in week. Today we asked for 50mg strength in the first eJuice, and then asked about another flavor...didnt realize until got home (hour away) that she gave us 30mg strength in the second one.

I've been a vape user for about a decade and this is the best liquid I've ever had buy far. The prices are awesome as well. Sometimes it takes a bit to get, but it's worth the wait.

The last time I purchase anything from this store, bought a kit from them which came with a defective device, went to talk to them to get it exchange and they told me that I need to show proof of the error that the mod is displaying which I told them it happens randomly and it literally last 1 second on the screen so I would have to be with a camera ready 24/7 waiting for it to do it. I've been a customer of this store for over 3 years and have bought 3 devices from them and 2 of them were defective. with the first one they gave me a hard time to exchange it but ultimately did so and now again they're asking for something that it's borderline impossible for a device that was purchased less than 2 weeks ago. DO NOT BUY DEVICES FROM THIS STORE. I will no longer spend my money at this store, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

I have been using Central Vapors before they were Central Vapors. The bulk ejuice is a phenomenal deal. I am impressed with the whole operation. They have been doing everything so consistently for such a long time.
This store is great. Staff is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always make great recommendations, and they have an awesome selection. This is the only place i buy my vapes from anymore. 10/10!

I went in to get juices and decided to let them upsell me on coils. I would need them eventually. He sold me coils that were twice the size of what I needed. He sold me 3% when I asked for 6%, which means I will go through twice as much this month for twice the price as I would have for my 6% nicotine. The salesman looked high as hell.
I went in to exchange my coils, the assistant manager simply said sorry, and tried to charge me the $7 difference on the coils when they screwed up my entire order. I asked for a refund instead, after all, I didn't NEED them.
This store lacks customer service and professionalism. I will not be back and I will not give my roommate a ride to your store again.

Every CIV store I've been to has always had kind and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help me find what I need.
Always plenty of items and juice to choose from. Always running some sort of discount on multiple vape liquids

It was easy to find. We went in trying to get something specific that google said they sold but didn't......ended up leaving very happy with something different and for a very reasonable price. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help us find something comparable to what we wanted. We'll be going back
These guys are awesome! I just moved here from Denver and needed new coils, someone at work Recommended them (Stew Hansens Dodge) So I stopped in and everyone working treated me like a million dollar customer Even though I was just buying a pack of coils (which were $6 cheaper than I’m used to paying!) highly recommended this shop! They have earned my business for sure. I have since stopped in again and ended up talking to the gentlemen for about 30 min about my new job and my new move. Truly cool people working here!
