I've been to quite a few vape stores and met a few knowledgeable people along the way. I have not had an experience though as I did here it was pretty awesome. I came into the store I already had a vape and juice. I was looking for something a little different while at the same time not for sure what I wanted. I had a great conversation about vaping and learned many things I just didn't know. In doing so I figured out what I wanted. (Which was just a different device) We then discussed the different devices. I wasn't steered towards the most expensive I was steered towards the ones we were just having a conversation about. (Specifically I prefer vapes with adjustable air holes as opposed to without.) I was shown all of the devices that I was interested in and shown the ones without the adjustable air holes so i knew right away along with the ones with. Also I was even told about the ones that had issues. I was able to make an awesome choice and I'm very happy with it. It was an awesome experience overall. Thank you all.

I truly wish I could remember the names of both people who assisted me yesterday (A woman and a guy, I’m sorry!) but I’ve been coming here for nearly a year now and hands down, the most helpful and kindest interactions are what I have here!My old device finally kicked the bucket and not only did they help me to find something to replace it, they took the time to explain the differences to me in salt nic/versus what I have been using and educating me on how to get the most out of my pods and device! I am sadly a bit clueless when it comes to this, purely as I am simple in both my want of just mimicking regular old tobacco and a discrete pen device, no bells and whistles needed. From the bottom of my heart, you’ve truly a great team over here and I am always so very impressed each time I visit by the friendly customer service and desire for them to genuinely help!

I love love love them. This place is great. The staff explained everything to me about what I was buying. Then they also have what I want every time I go there. Also they have a lot different kinds of flavors. My first time I bought my first vape, I literally thru out a half a pack of cigarettes and never looked back😉

I quit smoking a year ago and went to vaping. I've been to multiple vape shops including other Central Iowa Vapes looking for a flavor that resembled a Marlboro cigarette and was sold so many different flavors that didn't even come close. The staff at this location took the time to talk to me and help me figure out the flavor AND the strength I wanted. Finally, I have a flavor that will keep me from wanting to buy a pack of cigarettes. Thanks!!
Stopped in to try vaping to replace cigarettes and Zach was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a few options to try in order to achieve my goal.
